His expertise wasn’t just taught; it was earned through real-world chaos, quick decision-making, and countless moments that became lessons. |
| Ten years ago, Nick transformed that hard-won knowledge into a successful short-term rental management business. Today, he blends hotel-level professionalism with a warm, human touch that helps guests feel genuinely cared for. |
| Outside of work, life is joyfully grounded by his wife, Rachel, and their cat, Jupiter — who confidently assumes the role of the household’s true CEO. |

| Jaclyn Cassidy Rohm earned her degree in Communications from Carlow University and has built a diverse career in both healthcare and hospitality. She previously served as an Academic Manager at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and later worked in Human Resources as a Leave Analyst with WVU Medicine, where she developed strong organizational and communication skills. |
| Today, Jaclyn leads the front desk team at Megaclean Rentals. She specializes in crafting a warm, welcoming guest experience and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her professionalism, calm presence, and dedication make her an essential part of the team. |
| When she’s not at the desk, Jaclyn enjoys the company of her loyal “coworker” — her dog, Pizza — who is always by her side. |

| Nick first met Henry Ivongbe in 2014 and quickly recognized that Henry was someone exceptional. At the time, Henry was leading Housekeeping and Laundry at the Hyatt House Pittsburgh North Shore — steady, dependable, and universally respected. Shortly afterward, the two reunited to open the Homewood Suites in the Strip District from the ground up, where Henry’s leadership helped shape the culture and success of the entire operation. |

| In addition to his work with the team, Henry hosts two Airbnb units of his own and partners with Megaclean PGH, giving him a deep, firsthand understanding of guest expectations and what exceptional hospitality truly requires. |

He also has a passion for antique cars and is currently building his dream home — literally from the ground up — in a secluded spot in the woods.
